1. Qualification:
(a) The officers Of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories: -
(i) Holding analogous posts in regular basis in the parent cadre or department: or
(ii) With 6 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto regular basis in the Pay Band-I of Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2800/- in the parent cadre or department, and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experiences:-
(i) Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university; and
(ii) Experience of two years handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or work or operation or Information Technology cases or Training in Counter terrorist.
